These capsules are really easy to take. They’re small, smooth, and go down without any trouble, like with a big glass of water, a quick sip in the morning, or even when I’m rushing out the door. I’ve had some capsules that feel huge or get stuck, but these haven’t been an issue at all

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that changing the delivery date took me a little while to figure out. Not a huge Problem, but it could definitely be more simple. Customer service did help when I emailed, so I’m planning to keep using it for Now.

Not gonna lie, I do like Gaia Herbs and I’ve bought a few things from them over time. Their website is easy to use, and the products I’ve tried seem solid overall.

My main issue is that I wish the third-party testing info was easier to find and understand. I feel somewhat confident buying from them, but not enough to fully trust every product without doing extra digging. For now, I’d give it 3 stars.

I liked that it’s organic and has clean ingredients, because who doesn’t want that? But after trying it, I didn’t notice much of a difference. What’s the point of being super clean if it doesn’t really do anything?

I’ve noticed my knees aren’t as achy in the mornings, so it does seem to be helping a bit. I had a couple questions and felt a little dismissed when I reached out, but the product itself has been decent. I’m probably going to order again soon.
